Annual Membership Are you interested in furthering the mission of Cornwall Community Hospital? If the answer is yes, you may wish to apply for an annual membership. The annual membership fee is $10 and the membership is valid from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. An annual membership gives you the right to attend the Corporation's Annual General Meeting and, if received 60 days prior to the meeting, the right to vote on issues presented and to elect members of the Board of Directors. Please note certain eligibility requirements for membership apply.
